We want you to be completely satisfied with your Baking Steel products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.

  Pack Your Steel

  Carefully place the unused item back in its original packaging, ensuring the heavy steel is securely braced to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs may apply.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
